Vageesh Naik
CEO

Vageesh focuses on providing clients a nuanced and specialized perspective on global capital markets. His expertise emanates from over two decades of sales and structured products experience including his role as head of structured product sales at Knight Libertas. Earlier, at RBS Greenwich Capital, Vageesh oversaw the expansion of structured product banking and syndication in Asia, the Middle East and Continental Europe. He began his advisory career in Ernst & Young’s Structured Finance Advisory Group, where he advised issuers, investors and service providers on structured finance investments and other esoteric fixed income securities. He was responsible for developing E&Y’s CDO Capital/CLO Advisory business.  In his first professional assignment as an asset-backed securities analyst, at First Plus Financial, among the largest LTV home loan issuers, he gained critical hands on experience of the entire mortgage investment cycle from origination to securitization and servicing.

Dariush "Dar" Maanavi
Managing Director

Mr. Maanavi has deep interest in solving complicated problems which has lead him to a career in structured products. Until 2009, he was a Managing Director and Head of Corporate Equity Derivatives in Merrill Lynch’s Global Capital Markets division. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1998 from The Union Bank of Switzerland where he began his career in derivatives. At Merrill, his team was recognized as a leader in executing structured transactions and received numerous financial press citations. Dar began his finance career at DLJ in Equity Research, covering financial institutions and telecom/broadcasting. He has a broad understanding of capital markets, legal, tax, accounting and regulatory principles with a wide network of relationships throughout industry..

 

Mr. Maanavi has presented to the Senate Finance Committee regarding structural challenges facing the financial sector. He is a member of the New York Bar. Mr. Maanavi earned JD and MBA degrees from the University of Virginia where and serves on the Darden Alumni Board. He holds a BS in Finance and Management Information Systems, from the University of Virginia.

 

Dar and his wife Jennifer, the founder and CEO of Physique 57, live in Manhattan and travel frequently with their three funny and happy children, Alec, Halle and Cameron.

Jacqueline M. Goode
CFO & COO

Jackie ensures that everything we do is on track and compliant with SEC, FINRA and state rules and regulations.

She began her career in the securities industry in 1982 and has since supervised sales, trading and operational personnel, financial reporting and compliance systems. Jackie has worked directly with senior management, brokerage personnel, legal counsel, accountants, regulators and clearing firms dealing with daily operational issues of a broker-dealer. She has been an instructor at Wall Street Training and Consulting, Inc.

 

Prior to joining Reva Capital, Jackie was a founder and managing partner of Spartan Capital Securities, LLC. Jackie has also served as managing partner, COO, CFO and Chief Compliance Officer at various times for Ormes Capital Markets, Inc., an institutional brokerage firm.

Jackie has served in various senior executive capacities at several brokerage or investment banking firms.

Andrew Bogle
Managing Director

Andrew is a Managing Director at Reva Capital covering a deep, committed, varied and active investor network. He has a decade plus career in finance working for Brown Brothers Harriman and Morgan Stanley in Private Wealth Management where his team managed $1.4bn. He is a trusted advisor with the capacity to source and place attractive investments with the right investors.

Prior to joining Reva Capital, Andrew was the Chapter Director of Keiretsu Forum New York, an investment community of accredited private equity investors, venture capitalists and corporate / institutional investors, where he was responsible for investor relations. Previously, he worked for Gerstein Fisher covering foundations and endowments. Andrew also worked on the development team at Robin Hood, a nonprofit that fights poverty in the five boroughs of NYC. 

Mr. Bogle is an advisor to five active early-stage startups and serves on three nonprofit boards.


He has a B.A in Economics from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Vanderbilt University, and holds the Series 7 and 63 licenses.
